Hi Atsushi,
I noticed in Makedumpfile 1.5.4 the supported kernel is upgrade to
3.9.6. Now in our fedora distro, it's tracking linux kernel 3.10+. Then
makedumpfile will always give a warning like below:
"The kernel version is not supported."
"The created dumpfile may be incomplete."
Since currently it's in 3.11-rc6, can we upgrade the "LATEST_VERSION" to
"3.10"?
I have tested makedumpfile-1.5.4 on kernel-3.10, it seems to be
no problem. So I hope you can upgrade the LATEST_VERSION without
any problem.
BTW, makedumpfile-1.5.5 is going to support kernel-3.10 officially,
but it will be released in October at the earliest.
Thanks
