By the way, I'm not suggesting this is required or anything, if people
dont think its a good idea to add a gitignore that would only help a few
people, then fine with me. It's more just a suggested patch.

I know some of use use pycharm, so I wasn't sure if this annoyed other
people but pycharm creates this directory to store all its settings.
We probably want to ignore it, so it doesn't show up anymore. Thought I
suggest a patch to do it.
