[PATCH v2 0/5] Enhance background process handling

This patchset fixes a bug in background process handling that results in
issue https://github.com/jpirko/lnst/issues/67

Version 2 changes:

NetTestCommand._start_time attribute is set inside the class and not
outside as it is meant to be private
Fixed typo in debugging message
