Hi All,
Not sure whether if you still need the letter, anyway, I've created an
etherpad for this,
https://fudconkl.etherpad.mozilla.org/3
Those who are familiar with such letters, can you write it there please.

Hi Eric,
Thanks for the explanation. Sorry I’ve not been able to follow up on the
emails – down with fever.
No worries, we’ll get the food organized by café chaps.
Thanks mate.
Cheers

Gurdip,
I tried to arrange for fast food companies to come. When I mentioned UCTI,
no bells, they only know APIIT. I rang them up and mentioned UCTI's name for
the conference menu.
The retard called up UCTI and mentioned my name and nobody knew of the event
and my name, although he has my cell number. Ah well..
Anyhoo...the Great Overlord and Dictator Kage has suggested that we do not
call for these people since they wanted a minimum of 250 pax guaranteed. So
cafeteria food then. Maverick will work on this to ensure the cafeteria
serve normal weekday food.

Chaps,
1. who called APIIT and about what?
2. Letter should be from Red Hat / Fedora Project itself.
3. APIIT / UCTI is a supporting organization, venue sponsor and are working
with Fedora Malaysia for the success of the event.
Thanks
Cheers
Gurdip

Letter should come from organizer (kage / any1). They called APIIT - perhaps
they assumed we're part of APIIT & FuDCoN is programme organized by APIIT.
Should make it clear that we're separate entity from APIIT.
