Meeting Minutes for FUDCon KL Physical Meeting on Monday April 30th, 2012

Hey folks,

My apologies for the overdue update on the physical meeting minutes.

The meeting agenda is at:

Meeting summary

** Kage will be printing stuff by Thursday.
** Guidebooks to be sent to foreign attendees are to be sent by end of
this week.

* Action Item(s)
** Alvis to check with Harish for hotel stuff.
** Check with Gurdip for proper bus quotation
** Ask Gurdip to put up FUDCon banner/promo on webspace
** Check with Gurdip for internal email for ease of work in UCTI
** alternative water heater from cafeteria
** Ask help from Gurdip to ask the cafeteria to open for 19-20 May.


There are a lot of stuff to be done. We need cooperation from everyone,
especially volunteers. The list is up at:

and chase the bus driver(s))*
** Black and white for dinner arrangements - contact harish and ensure that
the deposit is paid and confirm the booking*
** Get permission to clear rom L2-7 *
** Get permission to bring heater down from Level 4*
** Confirm OSCC on the price*
** Nag to ask for the cafe to be open - with normal food*

Water dispensers are located at the 2nd and 3rd floors. It cannot be relocated.
