Play MP3 with Fedora 23

I already installed rpmfusion repos and install GStreamer plugin..but I 
stil can't play mp3 music. I also tried install multimedia codecs using 
Fedy utils, but no luck. Can anyone guide me? I did a google-fu, and 
people said codecs not ready yet for F23. How to make sure about this 
information?

dnf install gstreamer-plugins-*

i have mp3 here just fine on F23 ..
