RH SG supplying the DVDs. Most likely for Fedora 16 only though. We would
have to burn some ourselves for Fedora 17.

Cake is also good, combining it with the FOODCon is better.

unfortunately, its too close to the release date to be able to produce
it .. F17 scheduled release is 8th of May , +- the usual delays ... it
can even be the same day of FUDCon XD ..

suggestion from raymond tai of RH -> have a local server serving the
ISO images .. and maybe a desk where people can just drop by to copy
the isos ..

I just want to discuss this, before I n NUMOSS had an idea the party will be
held in UKM, NUMOSS can handle it, we can provide the place n some snack, maybe
we just need some Fedora 17 CD support from Fedora-my and deligate from
fedora-my, but if you want to join it with FUDcon also nice idea cz the
date release is 17 May right and FUDCon 18.. :)

my suggestion is to just merge it with the fudpub .. or maybe,
celebrate it on friday night ?

nonetheless, if UKM want to run their own release party, you are
always welcome to do so .. but please not during FUDCon :-) , we can
have multiple release parties just fine ..

yes, as long as you run the party after the CDs have been produced
(which usually took 1month) ..

take note that RH only produce 64bit CDs nowadays

All I could do for the DVD situation is visit my aunt's 20mbps line for a
leech on 12-13 May. That is if Fedora 17 is ready by then.
Better save the effort that we could use for the conference itself by
sharing time with FOODCon.
