input methods/i18n cleanup patch
by Jens-Ulrik Petersen
Hi,
I would like to commit the attached patch to spin-kickstarts to cleanup and update the listing of input-method packages and so that we no longer include all the language support groups for the default desktop spin since it pulls in a lot optional packages that should not be installed for everyone.

Spins for snapshot1
by Jesse Keating
I've built a number of spins for snapshot 1, just the livecd ones thus
far because they are smaller. Not sure which ones we should spend
resources on putting on the torrent server for the weekly snapshots.
Current isos and output can be found at
http://alt.fedoraproject.org/pub/alt/stage/Snapshot-1/Live/
Please don't abuse this server much with downloading the isos, as it's
not mirrored. I'd be interested to know what all spins you folks think
we should see in the snapshot. On the "Fedora" side we're just putting
up Live and Live-KDE. The install spin has issues with anaconda and
won't make snapshot1.

Submission of 'Fedora' install spin kickstart
by Jesse Keating
It's about time we move the kickstart file that generates the 'Fedora'
install spin to the spin-kickstarts repo. I didn't go through the step
of de-branding it, because it already has approval to be Fedora branded.
Spin Concept:
General purpose installable / upgradable OS, covers desktop
(Gnome/KDE), development, and server uses.
Kickstart:
Attached.
SIGs Name:
This spin is maintained by the Fedora Release Engineering team
Scope:
Spin is officially released by the project
It should be included in the kickstart pool package, although it'll
also be included in the fedora-release package. Upon second thought,
perhaps we could do away with putting .ks files in fedora-release and
rely on the kickstart pool package instead.
The spin will be maintained for its lifecycle.
The spin doesn't expect to issue updates, at least not "officially".
The Fedora Unity project may use the spin kickstart as the basis for
their respins.
There is no feature page for this.

[Fwd: Branch 'F-10-Beta' - 7 commits - fedora-livecd-desktop-default.ks fedora-livecd-xfce.ks]
by Jeroen van Meeuwen
Now that all commits used for the F-10-Beta compose and release have
been pushed to the spin-kickstarts git repo, the F-10-Beta branch is
frozen (by making refs/heads/F-10-Beta readonly).
kind regards,
Jeroen van Meeuwen
