Thanks for your replies. I had a look at the docs again and found some
info in the review process page. It says that we can create images with
multiple packages. I had wrongly assumed that this was only to build one
image per package.

So this isn't really related to the spin/lab process at all, and doesn't
need us to use the change process either? We treat the container image
similar to a package? :D
