Kevin, do we need to put out another spins-kickstart package to make that
happen? Will just landing in updates work for spins?
I think getting it into the nonlive release might be a problem now that
we are at release candidate state.
I think new packages can still get tagged into the final release but
you need to open a rel-eng ticket to explicitly get it tagged in.
