When getting the pvops kernel do I still use:
# git clone git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/jeremy/xen.git linux-2.6-xen # cd linux-2.6-xen # git checkout origin/rebase/master -b rebase/master
And after that, do I still need Pasi's patch for pygrub?

Pasi's patch is
http://xenbits.xensource.com/xen-3.4-testing.hg?rev/7a57911ff09e
it's not related to pvops checkout. Yes, you need backport CS 19740 to extract of official tarball 3.4.1 or just edit line 477 in /usr/bin/pygrub. I believe xen-3.4.1-2.src.rpm (Gerd Hoffman) would have LZMA and CS 19740 as patches included. I am not aware of it's current status.
