The biggest issue you are going to hit is your network setup.
Xen doesn't do it anymore and lets NetworkManager or your own custom
/etc/sysconfig/if... scripts do it.

That's fine! I've already done the network setup for both ethernet and infiniband
(iSCSI
disks are exposed here).
So, I guess I'll need is to make a backup/restore of the storage list under
virt-manager
so all the iSCSI disks. But I don't know if need to backup something about the DomU
configuration.
