[PATCH] mock: Bug 1327594 - Build always fails when using --nocheck

Hello, this is patch againt master. It fixes
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1327594.
Tested on Fedora 23 x86_64.

fix #1327594: enclose macro variable with quotes
