Michael,
It looks like you are having it manage your DHCP for you. Are you sure that your
/etc/cobbler/dhcp.template file is creating the correct template/output for your
/etc/dhcpd/dhcpd.conf file? If you are editing your /etc/dhcpd/dhcpd.conf file directly
and/or manually, then that config is getting wiped out every single time you do a cobbler
sync.
