If by old entries you mean configuration files with fields such as
'uEL-5-i386', I'm sure I hadn't anymore (grep -ri uEL /var/lib/cobbler
gave nothing) I was looking for this string everywhere, so I'm sure I
hadn't any. And the upgrade of simplejson definitely fixed the
problem.

I am pretty sure this problem is gone and there is not a regression
between 2.0.3 and 2.0.5.
If you can point me to a defect filed against simplejson that says
otherwise, please let me know though.
It may just be that you had some old entries you still had to correct.
