Probably a change that got checked in that was missing a "git add". If you
don't need that template file, just touch it and try "make devinstall"
again. When that gets fixed, the next git pull will over-write that empty
file.
Yes, exactly -- this looks like something I didn't push -- it's just for
the webapp, so touching the files is fine for now.
I'll likely get these fixed up in git next Monday when I get back in
from vacation.
