Not sure if you saw my post, since we are top posting here on this thread. But I think its
better to do this from Cobbler Web.
1. Add a Distro - make sure the distro names matches the name of the folder created under
/tftpboot/images. If not cobbler will create a new folder matching the distro name
specified. Update the field for kernel, initrd and kernel options.
2. Create a profile and enable PXE menu
3. Sync
That's it.

maybe /etc/cobbler/pxe/pxedefault.template ?
That's exactly what I was looking for. I've updated
https://fedorahosted.org/cobbler/wiki/ClonezillaIntegration
I changed it to use tftp for the squashfs instead of httpd so everything is kept in one
place. I used /tftpboot/profiles/clonezilla instead of /tftpboot/images/clonezilla to
stay out of cobbler's way.

So, the next step in clonezilla integration is getting "cobbler sync"
not to blow away the update. I can move things around so that I'm not
dropping files in the cobbler directory, but how can I add something to
/tftpboot/pxelinux.cfg/default and have it stick? Is there a template
or some other way to manually add grub/pxe options?
