The issue is actually resolved now, I introduced a bug into
pre_install_network_config snippet which probably made the
installation fail. Anyway, everything is working now.

Are you PXE'ing this system?
Also, if you can join IRC (#cobbler) that's usually a bit faster than
debug-over-email.

Seems like Anaconda exploded while reading the kickstart, from googling
for the exception message.
It's probably not a Cobbler item but we can at least follow up to make
doubly sure.
