I got feedback for content from Rakesh Ghatvisave. Its as follows:
* Missing indefinite article “a” in the bullet points intro line - “Are you Student.”

at a certain point fudcon organizer should shut up and leave the work to the professionals. An poster consists from just a few things an eye- catcher and the 5W. All poster designs look more like flyer, newspaper with to much information.
Why must sponsors given a fifth of the whole poster? If I do here an poster for an event height or their logos isnt higher as 1cm not 5, same with QR for what he needs to be 15cm? putted in the corner looking like its another sponsor? It would also work well with 3cm height.
In the opposite the more valuable information http://fudcon.in has the same size like the RH logo. So the information has the same value?
Poster are street marketing and have to be minimalistic with content.Nobody will memorize all the written stuff on it, so think by yourself what information will you keep in your mind standing 1minute before the poster? Well yes hopefully the consumer will memorize the slogan as an secondary information ^^
Reduce the information and make the key information more prominent!
I already had an conversation with Jurankdankkal and Mizmo also had her suggestions on it, but instead of converting that hints into it, Jurank became more and more things what he shall put into that poster and as an southeast asian he doesnt say no, where he should do it.

might be harsh, yes but really getting bored from, "we discussing content" I cant see an discussion, can you? I especially get worried about such comments like, we take "png". You know we are picky with our logo and want to ensure its printed in the right way. Jurank is not a professional, he never has done it before. So he has to learn it and it took me today more time, 20 times more as if I had done it by myself. Its fine with me.
But on a certain point there should be no discussion about content, 40 days before the event surly not, so that he can do his work! Key element or eye catcher and 5W, everything else is a can not a must be. Problem here is simple Indians are different from Indonesians. You know Indians are more demanding and the others are that Never-Say-No people, very bad combination. And you know the south east asians, tell it more to somebody else as to the opposite in the discussion, that they cant handle it anymore. So me became just like the Germans say, that black card in the game ;)

Jurankdankkal has done an excellent designing stuff. We have done final selection of color in yesterdays fudcon-planning meeting. I will blog soon about it.
We have not yet finalized vendor for printing. Will do it mostly early next week. They can provide input if any issue from printing side.

I think no need to bring the issue of race and rude comment here. I know I am not a professional designer, just self taught designer wannabe a year ago, start learning design with Inkscape. So I don't spend my time in designing this to get insulted. We do this as volunteering.
If there is something wrong happen just straight forward tell us politely how to solve it and what to do, I do love learning from you guys, who have more experience than me. :D
If the problem that gnokii said always about the printing things that it takes me 20 times more to understand because we have different situation maybe, but you don't need to worry, I already discuss with Pravins and Siddesh about printing things, same things here in Malaysia and Indonesia, in India also, the printing guy using corel and adobe illustrator mostly (sometimes crack version :p), I've done this several times for my clients, so what I'm doing usually is just give the pdf design to them, and they will adjust everything to works with their machines for free, the printing result will be same with the soft copy that we provide and they will not mess up the design.
Please don't make this to complicated. :)
