How it reads:

 To enable tuned to start every time the machine boots, type the following
command:

systemctl tuned enable

But it should be:

 To enable tuned to start every time the machine boots, type the following
command:

systemctl enable tuned

As you can see, the last two words of the command need to be transposed.
