I completely agree with echevemaster.
Also, I've to add something: It seems that some people have problems
with yulitas. You must talk about this and clarify. It will be great if
you make people better and don't him put obstacles on the way.
This is my see, and my opinion. Sorry if I'm wrong.

community credit card and budget

Just a "heads up"

Community Credit Card has expired and I waiting for the new one to
arrive. Until that happen, I will no able to make any reimbursements.
That may add up more waiting time to tickets pending reimbursement.
