Comportamiento inapropiado de TODOS - Embajadores-fedora-latam - Fedora mailing-lists

      Saludos.
LATAM solía ser una comunidad de compañeros, una comunidad unida mas allá
de los patrocinios y el dinero, una comunidad que si bien no colaboraba
tanto en la distro como tal, tenia las mejores interacciones sociales de
todas las regiones... ya no tenemos ni eso.
Con pesar cada día que me levanto a leer el telegram (ya ni siquiera el de
LATAM, sino el internacional) y solo leo problemas, acusaciones, indirectas
e insultos.... basta por favor, creo que no solamente yo, sino todos los
que los leemos estamos cansados.
Ya no me interesa quien tiene razón o no, el simple hecho de que hayan sido
incapaces de solucionar sus problemas por los canales regulares o
simplemente en privado, el hecho de que hayan querido hacer ruido de
problemas que se pudieron solucionar con una simple conversa entre adultos
y dejar al resto de los no involucrados afuera, está haciendo que perdamos
no solo miembros, sino respeto de la comunidad internacional... por favor,
ya basta.
Creen que ganan respeto o visibilidad haciendo alboroto en cuanto canal se
aparece y que de esa forma, sus puntos tendrán mas validez... les digo la
verdad? ya todo el problema perdió validez por el simple hecho de que hayan
pasado casi dos meses desde la primera pelea y no sean capaces de
solucionar sus diferencias. ¿Qué quieren, que aquellos que hemos dado el
todo por el todo dejemos nuestros trabajos, familia y responsabilidades
para ayudarlos a solventar sus problemas porque uds no pueden solos?
Si quieren ser lideres, compórtense como tales, el liderazgo se gana, no se
exige.
De parte de "La Comunidad" que tanto dicen defender, les pido
encarecidamente que hagan un canal donde quieran solo con los que tienen el
problema armado, lo solucionen, y dejen al resto colaborar en paz.

Greetings.
LATAM used to be a community of friends, a community united beyond
sponsorship and money, a community that even though didn't contributed that
much to the distro, had the best social interactions from all the
regions... now we don't even have that.
Regretfully, each day when I wake up to read Telegram (now not only LATAM,
but the international group as well) I only read problems, accusations,
insinuations and insults... enough please, I think not just me but everyone
who reads it is completely tired.
I'm no longer interested on who's right or not, the simple fact that you
all were unable to solve your problems through regular channels or just on
private, the fact that you just wanted to make some noise of problems that
could have solved with a simple talk between adults and leave the rest of
the not involved outside, it's making us not only lose members, but also
lose respect from the international community... please, enough.
You think that you earn respect or visibility by making a rampage at every
single channel you can get and that through this action, your points will
have more validity... want to know the truth? all problem lost validity
just by the simple fact that has been nearly 2 months since the first fight
and you haven't been able to solve your differences.  What do you want? Do
you want that those who have already leave everything for the community
leave once more our jobs, family and dutty just to help you solve your
problems since you can't do it by yourselves?
If you want to be leaders, then behave as such, leadership is earn, not
demanded.
From all "The Community" that you so claim to defend, I ask you strongly to
make a channel where those who have all this argument in place, solve it,
and leave the rest of us contribute in peace.
