wallpaper hunt workshop

Hi, I have an workshop scheduled on saturday http://sched.co/3rKi I am fine with the date, but there is one question open, as the description states its 3 parted and one part is the actual hunt. I have locate together with Marie Nordin a nice spot for taking pictures http://www.geneseelighthouse.org/ its not to far from the venue, its 30 minutes by public transport and its just a dollar for the trip, think we can afford that paying by our own pocket. So the question is, is there a day where no party is planned in the evening so that we could go there and hunting wallpapers? Need to know it, so that we can communicate that to the people who might be interested doing that "workshop". br gnokii
