Meeting with Hotels and D&B

Hi Folks,

FYI, I've set appointments to drop into the two hotels and D&B on
Thursday afternoon to see the properties in detail and speed up the
negotiations a bit. (Will take laptop to check wlan :-)

Chris, you are my new hero.  Speedtest.net is your friend I suppose,
if you're able to run Flash.  Thanks for taking point on these
facilities, it's been incredibly helpful for all of us with the Summit
on the way next week.
