I've had a request for a few folks in Europe to see if we can have the 
hotel provide the FUDCon rate for extra nights (maybe up to a week) 
after FUDCon.  Some of the European folks are thinking of making a 
Canadian vacation out of FUDCon.

That's a great idea, Max.

Chris, the hotel usually will be willing to set these up as "shoulder
dates," can you see if they'll extend them through Thursday or Friday
night?  I imagine they'll jump at the chance given the timing -- it's
probably not high tourism season in early December in YYZ. :-)
