It's a known issue [1], reported and discussed on the Fedora Arm
mailing list as well. It's actually mostly spurious, having just
reviewed the upstream github issue again it looks like there's a fix
on it's way to 5.3, I'll take a look and see if it's back portable to
other kernels when I get a moment.
