Go and read the thread on this list about splitting out the kernel
into kernel-core and kernel-drivers.
What does this noarch package have to do with that? It just seems to
be a metapackage that shouldn't be created but is, for some reasons.
kernel.x86_64 does require kernel-core.x86_64 and
kernel-drivers.x86_64, likewise for i686 and armv7hl. And likewise for
noarch, except kernel-core.noarch and kernel-drivers.noarch don't
actually exist...
