We have CC-BY-SA version 3.0
http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/

Latest version is 4.0
http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/

Is this license valid ?
Or just a small update to our wiki needed ?

It is valid. For now, continue to use CC-BY-SA for any version.

(They are different, and at some point in the near future, we'll want to
fix it so that the version is included.)
