Hello Fedora Mecial people.
This is a reply to the old email thread.
I want to document the listed package in Fedora to somewhere like Debian Med team's page. https://blends.debian.org/med/tasks/ https://blends.debian.org/med/tasks/bio
One possible way is to edit the current FedoraMedical wiki page. https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/SIGs/FedoraMedical
Another way is, I would prefer this way, adding Group tag to the target RPM packages. For example, following page is for the RPM packages that are set as Group: ruby-rails. https://koschei.fedoraproject.org/groups/ruby-rails Then put the link to the Fedora Medical SIG's wiki page.
So, as I am interested in Biology (Bioinformatics) RPM packages. I would like to set the packages to group: "bio".
There are many bio RPM packages such as biopython, htslib, samtools, bowtie and etc. And I am seeing that verdurin and sagitter have some bio packages. https://src.fedoraproject.org/user/verdurin/projects https://src.fedoraproject.org/user/sagitter/projects
I want to make the bio packages more visualize and accessible by users.

Hello Medical Sig,

How do you think of adding the list to our wiki page like a Debian Med Group's page? It looks convenient, isn't it?
I am interested in especially Biology (bioinformatics) packages such as biopython, BioConductor and etc.
