It should be easy to reset the password for the account. tuantv should
just request a new password. If you tell me your FAS account I can add
you as admin to the existing site. To delete the site is not really
necessary.

It should be easy to reset the password for the account. tuantv should just
request a new password. If you tell me your FAS account I can add you as
admin to the existing site. To delete the site is not really necessary.
