Our mirror is not listed on the mirrors website though it was in the 
past. We have announced our IP change but never get back any response, 
can you please check and let us know if theres any issue?

We do not track IPs on our side.

Your mirror was unreachable for a couple of days:

WARNING - Base URL http://mirrors.nav.ro/fedora/linux/ does not exist.
WARNING - Base URL http://mirrors.nav.ro/epel/ does not exist.

It was disabled and needs to be re-enabled. I see in MirrorManager you
listed as admin so you could have just logged in and enabled it again.

I enabled it for you now. Next time it does not work you can look at the
logs yourself and also enable it if necessary yourself.

You should see clients redirected to your mirror in a couple of hours.
