In general we don't recommend serving such from a customer VPS, as the load and
bandwidth for such tends to be more than a traditional VPS pricing plan would tolerate.
If you work for the ISP or network provider owning the VPS, it would make more sense.

Hello,
I was wondering if you still accepting mirrors for Fedora
http://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/publiclist/
If you are, I will like to provide one with HTTP, FTP and Rsync access via a VPS located
at Tokyo, Japan.
Thanks for your reply,
Kind regards,
