Right, I'm using the site name I setup in mirrormanager and the site password.
Site Name: Pavlov Media
Does it not like spaces in the site name?

Most often this is caused by confusion over what names to use.
The username and password is not for your FAS account (what you use to
log into the mirrormanager web app), it is the data you listed for your
Site Name and Site Password in the MirrorManager web app.

Config file site name or password incorrect.
error checking in
I've ran it in debug and its sending the correct name and password. Who
should I contact about this problem?
Thanks.

Please use a tier 1/2 mirror[1] close to you; create an account in the
MirrorManager[2]; register your mirror in the mirror manager;
enter your local netblocks in the mirror manager (if desired); run
report_mirror[3] and as soon as you are listed in the database as up to
date yum (and other clients) will be redirected to your mirror.
