Please try to run report_mirror to get your mirror updated in the
database. The crawler is having trouble crawling your mirror.
Maybe you could also enable rsync which makes crawling easier.
I also see this warning:
Host mirrors.isu.net.sa (id=1141) does not have HTTP Keep-Alives enabled.
Enabling HTTP Keep-Alives would also help the crawler.

To be a Fedora mirror you have to add your mirror information to
Fedora 's MirrorManager? Have you done that? There is entry in the
database which has been created some years ago:
