We are glad to announce that we have put up a new mirror server, and like to
announce the machine.

I have been fiddling with scripts (and locks) yesterday and it seems I got
myself blocked.

I was hoping you'd forgive my error, and whitelist the IP again on your rsync
mirrors, so we can start pulling again and make it official. The IP is:

existing Tier 1 mirror servers[1] to sync from. I also see no entry in
MirrorManager[2] yet. You need to add the details there. If there are
