mirror, please

I would like to be a private mirror.  It seems silly that I have to ask
after going through all the rigmarole to sign-up, etc.  My IP is
24.21.207.78.

You say you signed up, etc... Do you already have an entry in our mirrormanager
database, I cannot find it (I do not for what to search for)... anyway
here is the default answer every private mirror request gets:

Please use a tier 1/2 mirror[1] close to you; create an account in the
MirrorManager[2]; register your mirror as a private mirror in the mirror
manager; enter your local netblocks in mirror manager; run
report_mirror[3] and as soon as you are listed in the database as up to
date yum will be redirected to your local/private mirror.

I created a site (sesamestreet) and a host (192.168.1.2).

I did that, but there's nothing listed under "site-local netblocks".  I
initially added 192.168.1.0/24.  I later realized that was wrong, and I
added my external NATed IP (24.21.207.78).

I also did that, and report_mirror has reported success... several
times.  I waited a day, and /var/log/xferlog shows no traffic.  I'm stumped.

I had been following the instructions
http://www.kev009.com/wp/tag/fedora-11/.  I noticed that the actual
mirroring wiki says to send email to mirror-admin and ftp+fedora.  That
seemed to be the only step I had not done.  So here I am. :)
