MirrorManager entry looks good and I can see you on the mirrorlist for 'tw'

$ curl 'https://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/mirrorlist?repo=updates-released-f20&a...'
# repo = updates-released-f20 arch = x86_64 country = TW 
http://ftp.yzu.edu.tw/Linux/Fedora/linux/updates/20/x86_64/

seems to work.
