We have 1gbps dedicated bandwith for Fedora and epel's.. Totaly uplinks 10Gbps.

create an account in the MirrorManager[2]; register your mirror in the
mirror manager; enter your local netblocks in the mirror manager (if desired);
run report_mirror[3] and as soon as you are listed in the database as up to
date yum (and other clients) will be redirected to your mirror.

I get this error when uncheck this box

" User_active	 Uncheck this box to temporarily disable this site, it will be removed from public listings".

Check the fedora-infrastructure-list archives for an outage notification.
Ask around in #fedora-admin on irc.freenode.net.
If it is accessible, check the Outage SOP for more information.
