I would like to contribute and add a new public mirror for EPEL.
IP Address: 109.205.113.85
Location: Iraq
Outbound Bandwidth: 100Mbps

I’ve done everything else and synced it.

Thanks for supporting Fedora. Your MirrorManager entry looks correct and
you should already see clients being redirected to your mirror.
