I agree with your proposal, here in Nicaragua have increased domestic
traffic of about 10Mbps.

I'm concerned that if we list your mirror on our public lists, that given your
limited (2Mbps) bandwidth, we would swamp you with requests, which would be a problem for
you, and for our end users. Most of our mirrors have 50+Mbps, often quite a bit higher.
Given that MirrorManager would prefer your mirror for all users in Nicaragua, 2Mbps
isn't sufficient for this purpose.
