duplicate UW mirror entries

Greetings.  I see that there are 2 entries in the Fedora MirrorManager database for fedora.cs.wisc.edu, one owned by the Fedora account 'maddave', the second by the account 'uwmirror'.

Please log in to https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mirrormanager/   to see one or the other.  It appears that the one for account 'uwmirror' is not active at the moment ("user active" checkbox cleared).

Which is the correct one, such that the unnecessary duplicate may be removed?
