You should consult the Fedora Users mailing list, at
http://lists.fedoraproject.org/mailman/listinfo/users . The mirror-admin address is not
for user questions.
Specifically, you will need to boot into rescue mode off a CD/DVD, or from a Live image,
and run grub-install to re-install the boot loader.
http://www.fedorafaq.org/basics/#rescue
talks about how to get into rescue mode.
I'm not aware of any phone support, paid or free, available for Fedora. Furthermore,
Fedora 9 is past end-of-life, and is no longer receiving any updates, including those for
security or bugfixes. You are encouraged to upgrade to a newer version of Fedora, such as
Fedora 13. Upgrading with Fedora 13 will also likely run grub-install for you, which
would resolve the problem too.
Thanks,
Matt
