I have temp disabled sts.lab.msp.redhat.com (no site-local netblocks
defined, missing f19)
and ASN options from a few sites that had it set (no ASN set/not in use).

Is there a mechanism now to direct clients to local private mirrors?
MSP is routed through RDU to the Internet so all MSP clients were being
pointed there instead of locally.
