Hello!
I am Arūnas from lithuania, and i work at hosting company "Interneto Vizija". We mainly use centos based servers and use epel as additional package source. Therefore we would like to become official epel mirror.
Our mirror server's ip adress is 79.98.29.100. The system is configured to be dynamic, so the access to mirror should be based on domain name http://epel.mirror.serveriai.lt/. Outbound traffic to lithuania is 1 Gbps, outbound traffic to other countries is 10 Mbps.

Thanks for your support. I had a look at your MirrorManager entry and it looks good. The only thing I would change is the bandwidth entry to 1000 and restrict the mirror to lithuania by specifying "lt" in "Countries Allowed". That way you would serve much more traffic in lithuania and nothing in other countries which would make more sense from my point of view. Whatever you like better.
