#1212: new koji tag for Xfce 4.6

It would be of some assistance if we could get a new tag in koji to
import/build/test the new Xfce 4.6 packages. This would help me coordinate
with the maintainer of all the plugin packages and allow us to not have to
try and import everything in one day to avoid a rawhide push with broken
Xfce packages.
So, if possible can you create a dist-f11-xfce tag that inherits from
dist-f11 for Xfce 46 efforts?
We can then get everything built and ship shape before merging back into
rawhide.
If this is too much overhead, no worries, we can work without it.
It will just be easier to have it. ;)

#1205: Buildroot override requests
---------------------+------------------------------------------------------

I'm pushing an chain update for vala-plugin-sdk, rubberband and sonic-
visualiser, each successively depending on the previous ones.
Rawhide has been updated, however, building it on F9 and F10 requires a
buildroot override. Could vala-plugin-sdk be whitelisted right now, and
the new rubberband as soon as they hit updates-pending?
Thanks!

#1210: block tcl-tile from F9, F10, rawhide

As discovered in 477822, tk 8.5 includes tile, thus, there is no need for
a separate tcl-tile package. It has been dead.package'd, please block it
out from F9, F10, rawhide.

tclxml
tclxml-devel
tclxml-libxml2

#1208: where does e-mail to cagney(a)fedoraproject.org go?

Summary says it all; it should go to andrew.cagney(a)gmail.com but instead
goes into a black hole. This might help explain why there's a
miscommunication over frysk currently, sigh.

tktreectrl has been marked as dead in F-10 and F-9 and should now be
blocked. See BZ #473182
