 Please block tclxml and tcldom from devel.  These have recently merged
 upstream and been renamed in Fedora to follow the Tcl packaging guidelines
 (BZ #476926)

 The full list of packages to be blocked, including the subpackages in the
 spec files for the above two, includes:

 tclxml-libxml2
 tclxml-expat
 tcldom
 tcldom-devel
 tcldom-libxml2
 tcldom-expat
 tcldom-gui
