As per the decision by FESCo of April 24th that a legacy mixer should be
added to Fedora 11:

I have packaged the old version of gnome-volume-control, named 'gst-
mixer', and it has been added to the repositories. I have sent a build for
Fedora 11:

please push this through the freeze and into the Fedora 11 repositories.
