Mirrors owners contact information

Hi,

There is a distribution bug 
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1022451 which informs about 
low quality (missing stuff) of one of the Fedora mirrors. Is there a way 
to contact an admin of the mirror? Do we have a "contact list" for mirrors?

Or can you suggest how to approach this kind of problems?
