 I uploaded Coro-5.37.tar.gz to pkgs source cache, no error was reported.
 Then I tried to build a package from the source file in Koji and I got 404
 error in
 [http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/getfile?taskID=2853745&name=root.log
 root.log].

And really, the file is not [http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/repo/pkgs/perl-
 Coro/ there]. I tried to upload it manually and I verified, server return
 200 code on the POST.

So there is some problem in your servers probably.

It works for me too again. Leaving open because no rel-eng has explained
 whether it was just a fault or it's a bug that's not yet fixed and can
 repeat in the future.
