Hello,

Many of you probably know me by multiple Change Proposals, RPM, DNF, Rust,
NeuroFedora work.

I have proposed one change (automatic BuildRequires) recently for F31 and
there will be more coming in F32. Those affect release engineering and I
feel I should help from this side too.

But that's not only the reason why I want to join team. I miss quite some
automation in this area and would like to contribute with my RPM/libsolv
knowledge.

But before that I probably could start with something small -- help Mohan
with processing rel-eng tickets (which include unorphan/unretire packages
and manage side tags). So I'm seeking for necessary ACLs for that :)
